GENERAL RULES ON POSTING MATERIAL

• Proper use of the Boards: forum is divided into several sections where the material of celebrities is organized and the topics are grouped according to their kind: they must respect the nature of each forum placing each thing where it belongs. Foro-Total staff will be forced to relocate the items wrongly placed without notice (user will be informed later).
• Hotlinking: unfortunately, not everyone has a broadband connection that allows to download material quickly, so it can only be posted ONE pic via hotlink as a presentation, with a width of 750 pixels MAX. If wider it will harm the design of the forum and create confusion. In addition, as courtesy to people with slow connections, we recommend using a JPG graphical format with never less than 15% of compression. If any doubt about the compression format, place your questions in the DUDAS forum.
• Subforum rules: In addition to these general rules, each subforum have there own rules that must be respected as well. These are reflected in a note-post within each Subforum.

BANNED MATERIAL AND NOT ALLOWED ACTIONS

• NO ADVERTISING: It is not allowed to advertise other forums or websites in any post except in ENLACES INTERESANTES and the signature of each user. The link must be the homepage, not internal galleries.
  
  AMENDMENT TO FIRST POINT: The use of passwords in videos and files is allowed, as long as the password doesn't have ads.


• NO BLOGS OR PERSONAL WEB SITES: it is prohibited the use of blogs or personal pages to share the material. Posts must contain the material to be shared, either photo or video. The messages that have a link to a gallery / blog where the pictures are will be moved to 'Enlaces Interesantes'.
  
  AMENDMENT TO THE SECOND POINT: Formerly, it was allowed a link to a personal blog in some cases (moderators or trusted users), but to not make distinctions, now everyone who wants to share material has to put in a post. Foro-Total reserves the right to cancel, delete or deny access to any user who violates any legal or moral rule.


• NO MATERIAL UNDER 16: It is forbidden any audiovisual material of children under 16 years. Pictures or videos of celebs between 16 and 18 years can be posted if not paparazzi material, or pictures/videos without the consent of the celeb. Audiovisual material belonging to a magazine, book or movie is absolutely legal without parental consent. According to INTERPOL, in the case of Spain that sexual emancipation is set at 16 years so you can post it.
  
  In some cases, especially young children, there may be confusion about the age of some celebs and sometimes there are several theories; so in Foro-Total, IMDb will always be used as first consultation website. If you have any questions about the age of a celebrity, try verifying age in that site before.


• WARNING ABOUT COPYRIGHT: copyrighted material may be deleted without notice if requested by the owners.
  
  AMENDMENT TO THE FOURTH POINT: under no circumstances it will be permitted to post videos or images that are obtained by payment in some other forum or website and are property of them.


• ONLY LINKS TO PLAYBOY: due to copyright issues, PLAYBOY material must be published only with a link to a web gallery outside the forum, with no thumbnail images or pics linked directly. The infringement of this may cause legal problems to FT.
  
  Hosting pictures or videos on free servers with no pictures shown directly in the forum avoids us from being responsible for that material. Nevertheless, if the owners require it, the material will be removed without notice, even meeting this rule.
  
  Playboy material should never be published within a payment area such as ZONA VIP, it must be placed in open forums.


• NO PICS OF MAGAZINES ON SALE: photographs from magazines that are on sale in Spain at the time of publication of the thread are not allowed. In other words, you can only share scans of a magazine when the next number is on sale and the current becomes out of stock on newsstands. This is done to not interfere with the sales of such magazines in Spain.
  
  Scans of magazines on sale are prohibited. Images or links to websites or blogs where they are published is also not allowed.
  
  Exceptionally, in the period in which magazines are on sale, it is allowed to share only the cover, which is already public, as well as the pictures offered by the mags websites as a way of advertising, whenever the size of the photographs is not altered and logos are not erased.


• NOT ALLOWED SERVERS: it is not allowed to use services such as "user cash" or similar. The forum is free and non-profit, therefore it is not logical that some posters try to obtain money for their contributions.
  
  Servers with ads are not allowed:
  1. They are full of advertisings, banners, pop ups etc, which are annoying.
  2. Many of these servers try to send some sorts of spyware.
  3. Browsers often collapse due to all the 'crap' that they try to send us.
  
  Having thousands of valid free servers, it is not logical to use these.

  AMENDMENT TO THE SEVENTH POINT: Foro-Total is a free and open forum, which bases its maintenance in donations from users. To reward these donations some areas have been enabled with our own material as a prize. In any case the administration of the forum seeks any profit.


• NO LINKS TO OTHER FORUM THREADS: You are not allowed to use another forum post as link here under any circumstances. Not even in the case that such forum hosts the material or belongs to the author of the thread.
  
  AMENDMENT TO THE EIGHTH POINT: Under no circumstances it will be permitted to post videos or images that require registration on a website or forum other than Foro-Total.
  Neither is possible to put passwords in videos or packs of photos, unless the password is included in the first post and respects the first rule. Everything that is posted must have direct and easy access for users.


• NO HOTLINK: hotlinking consists in loading a photo or video hosted on another site directly into a post stealing its bandwidth. Of course, this is forbidden because it is illegal and unethical. Any material must be uploaded to a free Server to be published.
  
  You can also avoid hotlinking by posting a link to the site where the material is in Enlaces Interesantes. Do not post the full path of the picture/video, because that is hotlinking too.


• NO PIRACY: It is forbidden to talk about piracy or any methods to make anything work without owning it. You can not share serial numbers, cracks or guidelines on these issues.
  
  By extension, it is forbidden to say or do anything that violates the Spanish Law. Any post that fails this standard will be edited immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities.


• SIGNATURES: Image signatures are limited to 200px (height) and 700px (width). If more than one signature, the sum of all them should not exceed the previous limits. Size limit is established in 500 kb. 1 or 2 aditional text lines are permitted. Any signature that does not apply to these terms will be removed and the owner warned.
